WELCOME TO OUR RECRUITING OFFICE
Here you will find information about how to join VP-44 and VF-22. Detailed below are what we expect of anybody wishing to join. If you are new to the game or a veteran pilot, we would like to hear from you!

RECRUITING
We are always looking for new pilots to join our family of squadrons. If you are a team player and want to call a squadron home. Please consider VP-44 if you like bombing or VF-22 if you like fighting.

We offer training for the new pilots that come into the game. We will do all we can to help you over that hard learning curve that you will experience if you are new to this game.

We do not have ranks other than the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, Operations Officer and Combat Division Officer. We fly as equals and support the Squadron officers with their desisions.

We do not require a CPID change. Many folks have had their CPID's for a very long time or they have grown fond of the one they have. We do not require new pilots to change theirs. If you wish to change it to reflect that your a member VP-44 it should be a 2 letter, then a - then 44 to follow. Exsample
HH-44.

Handles should all be uniform and the proper handle should look like this: VP-44 "your nick name or cpid". Exsample VP-44 Johnny.

We do not require a minimum number of flights during a month. Hey we all have lifes. Fly when you can.

We do not require that you be any experience. We will train you.

We do require you to accept a 6 month probationary period. This is not to judge you on your skills, but rather to protect the squadron from trouble makers. The probationary period is informal.

Joining a Squadron is a choice that should not be taken lightly. You are welcome to come and fly with us anytime on our squad nights. Squad nights are currently on Thursdays at 8:30 Central time.

Your airwarrior cpid:
Type aircrafts you are experienced in(if any)
Experence in game: ie New or Veteran.
If Veteran you can inclued prior squadrons and years in the game.
